Description:

• A sturdy and adaptable tool for managing external 3-phase thyristor stacks for DC motors is the Sprint Electric PLXD Thyristor Stack Controller.
• It offers gate driving pulses with a primary pulse current of up to 1.5 Amp2 for pulse transformers supplied by the customer.
• Six-pulse 4-quadrant regenerative anti-parallel bridges (12 thyristors) and 6-pulse 2-quadrant bridges (6 thyristors) are among the stack configurations that the PLXD can handle.
• Additionally, it has terminals for heat sensor switches, isolated armature current signals, field signals, and high voltage armature voltage feedback.
