• Verify that the sound produced by the motor operating is normal.
• Verify whether the motor vibrates when it is operating.
• Check to see if the installation environment of the frequency inverter has changed. Verify that the cooling fan on the frequency inverter is operating properly and that the cooling air duct is clear. Determine whether the frequency inverter is overheating. Ensure that the frequency inverter is maintained in a clean condition at all times. Efficiently remove any dust accumulating on the frequency inverter's outside and stop it from penetrating inside, particularly any metal dust. Clear the oil and dust from the frequency inverter's cooling fan.
