Controller for Flying Saws and Shears FS340
Pricing available on request
Description:
- "Flying saws" or "flying shears" can be controlled by the little FS340 controller.
- If the cutting process cannot be interrupted, these are used to permanently cut an infinite number of materials.
- The mechanical design refers to a saw carriage that may be moved in the direction of the material. It runs in tandem with the material during cutting and returns to its initial position after the cut is over.
- The FS series' devices are specifically made to satisfy the needs of flying saws, considering the highest level of precision and cutting performance while also guaranteeing the mechanics' highest level of protection.
- Maximum precision is ensured by clever calculating algorithms and a low lag clock.
- The FS340 has a 14-bit analog output, a serial RS232 interface, and four programmable limit values for controlling four transistor switching outputs.
- A keypad is used to change the cutting length.
- The 96 x 48 x 140 mm (3.78 x 1.89 x 5.51") control panel can accommodate the tiny standard panel housing.
