Description:
- A small and multipurpose tool for tracking a machine's rotational direction and standstill is the Motrona DZ210 Direction and Standstill Monitor.
- All typical incremental encoders and sensors, such as HTL, RS422, and TTL, can be used with it.
- The DZ210 is well-suited for a wide range of industrial applications because to its quick response time and wide input frequency range.
Specifications:
- Pulse Input: Format A, B, 90° [HTL] or A, /A, B, /B [RS422], also possible for single channel.
- Input Frequency: Up to 500 kHz.
- Outputs:
- 2 potential-free change-over relay outputs (forward, reverse, and zero motion).
- 2 transistor outputs with High-Side-Driver, short-circuit-proof.
- Power Supply: 17 ... 30 VDC.
- Housing: Snap-on housing for top hat rail (according to EN 60715).
- Setup: Via 2 front-side DIL switches for input characteristic and standstill definition.
- Response Time: Less than 1 ms at frequencies greater than 1 kHz.
