Optical fiber modules:
- The LW213 and LW214 fiber optic modules work together to provide an optical transmission system that transmits incremental sensor or encoder signals across an optical waveguide.
- Any other source with RS422 or push-pull HTL levels (such as incremental length measuring devices, glass scales, etc.) can have its differential signals connected.
- The transmitter and receiver modules each contain four entirely independent channels with differential inputs and outputs.
- Signals can be transmitted across all four channels at a maximum data rate of 2 Mbit/s.
- The component designated LW213 functions as a transmission module for light wave transmission up to 3000 meters.
- It converts incremental signals from conventional sensors, measurement devices, and rotary encoders into optical fiber signals.

- Transmission distance is up to 3000 meters.

- Power supply 10... 30 VDC (for LW213-1, LW213-2, LW213-3).
- Snap-on housing for top hat rail (EN 60715).
