• The frequency inverter's components age and have poor heat dissipation due to temperature, humidity, dust, and vibration; this could cause failure or limit the device's service life.
• As a result, the frequency inverter needs regular, everyday maintenance.

Things to look over every day:

• While the motor is running, make sure the frequency inverter sound is normal.
• Check to see whether the motor vibrates when it's running.
• Check to see if the installation environment for the frequency inverter has changed.
• Check to see if the cooling fan on the frequency inverter is running correctly and if the cooling air duct is clear.
• Check to see if the frequency inverter is overheating.
