GREEN LED + VARISTOR MODULE 110-240VAC/DC
Socket modules in Series 99:
- Plug-in modules are useful add-ons for relays that provide timing, diode protection, RC circuits,
- LED indication (for observing relay status from a distance), bypass, and all socket-mounted plug-in relay features.
- The modules improve the functioning of the relay by only plugging them into designated sockets.
Depending on the chosen module, they can offer:
- Coil back emf suppression during switch-off LED indication to indicate whether the coil is activated.
- Placed across the coil terminals to provide protection from reverse polarization.
- Distressing leakage currents in the coil circuit are bypassed.
LED + varistor module:
- LED + varistor modules are used for AC and DC coils, reverse voltage peaks of the relay coil are limited by the varistor to approximately 2.5 times the nominal voltage of the supply.
- Insignificant increase in release times.
