Master - Slave Synchronizers with 4 Relays BY641
Synchronous Controllers:
- Electronic shaft or gearbox-type synchronous controllers are used for controlling positions, print marks, events, and speed synchronization.
- All Motrona Synchronous Controllers may accept marker pulses from encoders, remote proximity switches, or photocells to generate the right location in pitch- or cycle-related applications.
- All variable-speed drives with a speed reference signal of within ±10 V, whether they be AC drives, DC drives, servos, or hydraulic types, can be used with the Motrona series of synchronous controllers.
- Even in highly dynamic applications, the incredibly rapid position control loop offers great performance.
Slave/Master Synchronizers with 4 Relays:
- The BY641 Synchronous Controller is suitable for systems with a smaller budget and smaller machines for control purposes.
- Using a front BCD decade switch, the Synchronous Controller allows a direct adjustment of the speed ratio.
- It features a serial RS232 interface, a 14-bit analogue output (± 10 V or 0/4... 20 mA), 4 potential-free changeover output relays, and 4 programmable limit values for transistor switching outputs.
- 2 pulse inputs with the format A, B, 90° [HTL] or A, /A, B, /B [RS422].
- 4 control inputs for HTL, PNP, NPN, and Namur signals (10...30 VDC).
- The input frequency is up to 300 kHz.
- 4 fast transistor outputs, push-pull, short-circuit-proof (5–30 VDC).
- 4 potential-free changeover relay outputs.
