Programmable Encoder Frequency Divider
Pricing available on request
Description:
- IT251 is a universal interface that can be used with measurement devices and incremental encoders.
- The device features the ability to precisely divide dual channel encoder pulses with an adjustable ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 4096, convert TTL/RS422 to HTL and vice versa, and divide the zero pulse in an independently programmable manner.
- The three current display modes for the rotational direction (A, B, 2 x 90°, A = pulse and B = direction, A = forward / B = backward) can also be switched between with this sort of gadget.
- Four 8-pin DIL switches, which are conveniently located on the housing, are used to adjust all settings. The input and output cannot possibly be separated.
Specifications:
- Pulse input with format A, /A, B, /B, Z, /Z [RS422].
- Pulse input with format A, B, Z [HTL].
- Input frequency up to 300 kHz.
- Pulse output with format A, /A, B, /B, Z, /Z [RS422].
- Pulse output with format A, B, 90° [HTL].
- Power supply 18 ... 30 VDC.
- Snap-on housing for top hat rail (according to EN 60715).
- Setup by DIL-switches.
- The level converter also contains a dual channel, programmable frequency divider or pulse splitter for the error-free division of the input pulses in a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 4096.
- Separately programmable divider for the zero pulse as well as programmable formats for the direction of rotation detection.
- 24 V power supply units for the level converter.
