RESIDUAL CURRENT BYPASS MODULE 110-240VAC
Socket modules in Series 99:
- Plug-in modules are useful add-ons for relays that provide timing, diode protection, RC circuits,
- LED indication (for observing relay status from a distance), bypass, and all socket-mounted plug-in relay features.
- The modules improve the functioning of the relay by only plugging them into designated sockets.
Depending on the chosen module, they can offer:
- Coil back emf suppression during switch-off LED indication to indicate whether the coil is activated.
- Placed across the coil terminals to provide protection from reverse polarization.
- Distressing leakage currents in the coil circuit are bypassed.
Residual current bypass module:
- Bypass modules are used in applications for 110 and 220 VAC relays with a tendency to fail to release, mainly caused by residual currents from AC proximity switches or inductive coupling caused by long parallel lying AC control lines.
