Signal Converter Incremental - Analog - Serial RS232-RS485 ZU210
HTL and TTL pulse input signal converters:
- The ZU210 Incremental / Analog / Serial RS232/RS485 Signal Converter rapidly converts counting pulses or position values up to 1 MHz into analogue or serial signals.
- TTL / RS422, HTL differential, HTL PNP, and HTL NPN are possible input formats.
- The converted signals are then available with a 16-bit resolution or as digital information through Modbus RTU for further processing.
Signal Converter Incremental, Analog, Serial RS232/RS485:
- Pulse inputs A, B [HTL]; A, /A, B, /B [RS422, HTL].
- Input frequency: up to 1 MHz [RS422], 200 kHz [HTL].
- Analog output: ±10 V or 0/4...20 mA, 16 bit.
- Power supply: 18–30 VDC.
- Snap-on housing for the top hat rail (EN 60715).
- Setup is done with the operator software, OS 6.0.
- RS232/RS485 serial interface.
- DATA+, DATA-, CLOCK+, CLOCK-[RS422], 32-bit SSI input.
- Start-stop interface for magneto strictive sensors and absolute transducers.
- USB interface and an RS232/RS485 interface for configuration and serial readout.
