- The durable USB-Serial adapter, model number US232R, is intended for usage in a variety of environments.
- The collection of communication devices that make up the USB-RS232 adaptor cables.
- The US232R model offers a straightforward way to convert older serial devices with RS232 interfaces to USB ports.
- A compact internal electrical circuit board that makes use of the FTDI FT232R is housed inside a durable plastic enclosure that can tolerate a wide variety of industrial temperatures in each US232R adapter.
- TXD/RXD LEDs and RS232 level shifters are additional integrated electronics that show data flow via the adapter visually.
