Synergy™ is changing the rule book on motor controller size and performance.
It achieves a 54% reduction in controller size in comparison to rival products.
Motor overload protection:
Protecting the motor and soft starter in the event of an overload condition at full I²t motor overload with an intelligent thermal memory retention feature.
Monitoring overloads continuously to determine the decrease in motor temperature even when VMX-synergyTM is turned "off."
This, paired with protection and diagnostics, gives the operator peace of mind when running the motor.

Event logging:
The VMX-synergy™ data logger records all events, allowing for fast, reliable fault analysis and resolution.
Recording various activities such as start, stop, top of ramp, faults, application parameters (time, overload level, currents, frequency), and device information.
Event logs can be obtained by using a USB port or VMX-synergy™ commissioning software.
Soft stopping:
Water hammers can be eliminated with Soft Stop Control.
When you activate the stop signal, your pump motor's output torque gradually decreases.
Check valves are now softly shut, and other parts of the fluid system are spared the force and potentially catastrophic effects of a water hammer.
