• Temperature, humidity, dust, and vibration will cause inadequate heat dissipation and component aging of the frequency inverter, resulting in potential failure or a shorter service life.
• As a result, it is required to perform daily and routine maintenance on the frequency inverter.

Items to check each day:

• Verify that the sound produced by the motor operating is normal.
• Verify whether the motor vibrates when it is operating.
• Check to see if the installation environment of the frequency inverter has changed.
• Verify that the cooling fan on the frequency inverter is operating properly and that the cooling air duct is clear.
• Determine whether the frequency inverter is overheating.
• Ensure that the frequency inverter is maintained in a clean condition at all times.
• Efficiently remove any dust accumulating on the frequency inverter's outside and stop it from penetrating inside, particularly any metal dust.
• Clear the oil and dust from the frequency inverter's cooling fan.
