Returns

We accept returns only when:

• The goods are defective and fail under normal, intended use; or

• We delivered the wrong goods against your confirmed order or quotation.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or for goods ordered in error by the customer.

How to claim

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order or invoice number, product details, and a short description of the problem.

Do not send goods back until we have authorised the return in writing.

What happens next

If we accept the claim, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected goods as appropriate.

Goods must be returned in a suitable condition for inspection, with proof of purchase.
