The 1756-EN2TPK is a high-performance EtherNet/IP connection module for the ControlLogix-XT platform that supports Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) and has a conformal coating for added environmental protection.
It supports 100 Mbps copper Ethernet and is intended to provide ongoing network communication by sending duplicate packets across two separate Ethernet networks.
This dual-port module provides zero recovery time in the event of a network loss, making it perfect for mission-critical and safety-rated applications.
The conformal coating protects against moisture, dust, and corrosive gasses, enabling for dependable operation in severe industrial settings such as chemical plants, offshore facilities, and outdoor installations.
Assuring reliable, secure, and predictable communication for demanding control systems, the 1756-EN2TPK supports CIP Sync, Integrated Motion, and CIP Security.
