Description:
The 1756-IRT8IK is a conformally coated temperature input module for the ControlLogix-XT platform, with eight individually customizable channels that accommodate RTD and thermocouple sensors.
It is intended for high-precision temperature monitoring in tough industrial conditions containing moisture, dust, and corrosive substances.
Each channel can be configured independently to accept a wide range of RTD kinds (such as PT100 and PT1000) or thermocouple types (J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N), making it perfect for complicated systems that require mixed sensor inputs.
With 24-bit resolution, extensive diagnostics, and features such as wire-off detection, sensor offset compensation, and notch filtering, this module offers dependable and precise temperature measurement.
The conformal coating increases longevity, while easy connection with ControlLogix systems enables quick configuration and real-time monitoring.
