The ArmorGuardLogix family of on-machine safety controllers includes the robust, high-performing 1756-L73EROMS, which is intended for decentralized control in demanding industrial settings.
Its IP67-rated shell eliminates the need for a control cabinet, allowing for direct installation on machinery.
This controller combines standard and safety control in a single device, meeting SIL 3 and PLe safety regulations.
It has two EtherNet/IP ports for fast communication and redundancy, as well as distributed I/O and motion control via EtherNet/IP.
The 1756-L73EROMS, which has 8 MB of regular memory and 4 MB of safety memory, is excellent for applications that require rigorous safety logic, real-time performance, and simplified system architecture, such as packaging, automotive, and food and beverage industries.
