Description: The Allen-Bradley 1769-L30ERK is a ruggedized variant of the 1769-L30ER controller from the CompactLogix 5370 L3 series. It combines a strong processor, robust communication capabilities, and modular I/O extension in a small form factor. The primary distinguishing feature is the conformal coating (denoted by the "K" suffix), which protects internal circuitry from moisture, dust, and corrosive substances, making it excellent for use in food processing, chemical plants, water treatment, and other demanding industrial applications. This controller has these features: 1 MB of user RAM. Dual EtherNet/IP ports with Device Level Ring (DLR) capability ensure network redundancy. USB 2.0 port for programming and diagnostics. Supports up to 16 local 1769 I/O modules. A 1GB SD card is supplied (expandable to 2GB) for data logging and backup. It runs on a 24V DC power supply, attaches on a DIN rail, and is rated for temperatures ranging from 0°C to 60°C. The 1769-L30ERK is excellent for mid-range control applications that need environmental robustness, network flexibility, and modular scalability.
