Description: The Allen-Bradley 1769-L37ERMOS is part of the Armor Compact GuardLogix 5370 family, which is designed for decentralized control architectures where mounting directly on the machine saves panel space and wiring complexity. Its IP67 designation protects against dust and water, making it excellent for use in severe industrial areas such as automotive, packing, and material handling. This controller integrates: 4MB of standard RAM for general control activities. 1.5MB of safety memory for SIL 3 and PLe-certified safety functionalities. Dual Ethernet ports with Device Level Ring (DLR) capability provide network resilience. Supports up to 64 EtherNet/IP nodes. Control up to 16 axes of CIP motion, including kinematics for robots. Conformal coating provides further moisture and corrosion resistance. It comes with a 1GB SD card for program and data storage and can support up to 2GB SD cards. The controller can accommodate up to 30 local I/O modules, making it ideal for complex machine control systems with high safety and motion requirements.
