• These valves can be used to stop single-acting cylinders (3/3-way valve) or double-acting cylinders within the stroke range.
• With the mid-position closed, the piston of the drive moves until the forces are in equilibrium.
• In the mid-position exhausting, the piston can be moved manually, only the frictional forces have to be overcome.
• In the mid-position exhausting, the same pressure is applied to port 2 and 4. The piston is not moved (with the same surface areas).
