The 5069-L320ERMS3 is a high-capacity Compact GuardLogix 5380 controller for advanced SIL3/PLe-rated safety applications that includes motion control.
It has 2.0 MB of ordinary memory and 1.0 MB of safety memory, making it suitable for big and sophisticated machines that require both coordinated motion and functional safety.
This controller enables motion over EtherNet/IP, allowing for simultaneous control of numerous servo axes.
It has two inbuilt EtherNet/IP ports and Device Level Ring (DLR) functionality for fault-tolerant networking.
The "S3" designation verifies its eligibility for SIL3 safety functions, which are approved for usage in critical safety situations such as robotics, packaging, and high-speed production.
