The 5069-L340ERS2 is a Compact GuardLogix 5380 SIL2-rated controller intended for applications requiring both standard control and integrated safety up to SIL 2 / PLd.
With 4.0 MB of ordinary user memory and 2.0 MB of safety memory, it's excellent for mid-sized systems like packaging, material handling, and process control that require both safety and performance.
This controller supports Integrated Motion via EtherNet/IP for up to 16 axes and has twin embedded EtherNet/IP ports that support the Device Level Ring (DLR) topology.
It is programmed with Studio 5000 Logix Designer, which allows for unified construction of safety and standard logic.
