Short Description
Description:
The 5094-IA16 is a 16-point digital input module that detects ON/OFF transitions from field devices powered by 120 VAC.
It turns these transitions into logic-level signals that may be used with a Logix 5000 controller.
The FLEX 5000™ I/O platform, which includes this module, is distinguished for its rugged design, high-speed Ethernet/IP connectivity, and modular flexibility.
Inputs: 16 digital inputs.
Voltage range: 79–132 VAC (nominal: 120 VAC).
The input type is AC voltage detection.
Response time is around 8 milliseconds for ON/OFF.
Isolation voltage is 250 V continuous.
Mounting: DIN rail with a detachable terminal block.
Diagnostics include channel-level fault detection and status LEDs.
Environmental Rating: Operates under tough industrial circumstances (-20°C to +60°C).
