If the two floating outputs are connected in series, a supply voltage of e.g. ±15 V can be generated. Or the independent outputs are left separate and, thanks to the wide setting range of the output voltage of between 12 and 28 V individually for each output, different rated voltages, e.g. 24 V and 15 V, can be supplied to consumers using only one power supply unit. Furthermore, both outputs are power-limited in accordance with NEC Class2, thus opening up further possible applications.
