The CT641 is unique in that it has a very low position control loop time, which guarantees high-precision cuts and maximum dynamics even when speed fluctuates. It has sophisticated calculating algorithms that safeguard mechanical components while offering optimal cutting performance and accuracy. The device has a serial RS232 interface, four programmable limit value/transistor outputs, and a 14-bit analog output. The CT641 has a BCD decade switch on the front for direct adjustment of the required cutting length, four potential-free change-over contact output relays, and a bigger standard housing than the CT340.
