The ULN2003A consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads.
Each Darlington pair can drive up to 500mA at 50V, making it ideal for a variety of relay, light, and stepper motor driving applications.
