Description:
The 74LS139N is a high-speed dual 2-to-4-line decoder and demultiplexer.
It is made up of two separate decoders, each accepting two binary weighted inputs and producing four mutually exclusive active LOW outputs.
Each decoder includes an active LOW enable input that can be utilized as a data input for a 4-output demultiplexer.

Input High Voltage (VIH): 2.0V (minimum).
