The P-Channel Logic Level MOSFET is developed by Fairchild Semiconductor's sophisticated Power Trench technology, which is specifically designed for decreasing the on-state resistance while keeping the gate charge low for better switching efficiency.
These units are ideal for DC/DC conversion, battery charging circuits, load shedding and power control, and portable electronics applications.
