Description:
With a high level of internal and exterior safety, the Motrona MS640 Motion Monitor is made for safe and redundant drive system control.
This apparatus is used to monitor motor rotations and related drive-side machine movements in a logical and credible manner.
By contrasting them with preprogrammed setpoint states, it finds actual states at the drive and surrounding area.
The MS640 uses the outputs to send a user-programmed fault message if the movement is implausible or if limit values are exceeded.
Furthermore, both rotary encoders' real values—speed, rotational direction, standstill, actual position, and position difference—can be permanently detected by the monitor.
