The main drives of tubular bag packing machines, such those used to package pillows, are controlled and synchronized by the TB701 Firmware.
The MC700 Motion Controller and its firmware work together to deliver high-speed performance and precise control.
External commands can be used to set and modify the speed of the virtual master axis that is part of the TB701 firmware.
To ensure precise and seamless operation, all drives—including the film feed, sealing roller, and feed (tape or chain)—are synchronized to this virtual master axis.
