The TIP145 is a high-power PNP Darlington transistor designed for linear and low-frequency switching applications. It features a monolithic Darlington configuration with built-in base-emitter resistors, offering very high current gain and robust performance in demanding environments. Packaged in a TO-247 case, it’s ideal for use in power amplifiers, motor drivers, and voltage regulators. Its complementary NPN partner is the TIP142, making it perfect for push-pull designs.
